Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Dirtbag Development. We work hard to get your baseball and softball training equipment delivered quickly and reliably.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day. During new product launches, sales, and peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and selected shipping method. Estimated transit times after your order ships: Standard shipping — 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping (when available) — 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Shipping Address Changes
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us at keanan@dbdbaseball.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped, and Dirtbag Development isn't responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, damaged, or hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us at keanan@dbdbaseball.com with your order number. If a package is marked delivered but can't be located, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first — we'll help investigate when possible, but we're not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges assessed by their country.
